1. Maintenance Staff ¡V Trained and qualified by PSI (Pacific Scientific Instruments) :
A. PSI is an ISO-9001 certified company.
B. Qualification : The engineers of service and applications section of Aceteam
Corporation are trained by PSI and hold the qualified certificate.
2. Calibration Standard ¡V On-Site Calibration Capability : Aceteam Corporation
establishes an independent calibration and maintenance laboratory in Chu-Pei City.
The calibration procedures follow the standard calibration procedures of PSI.
3.Calibration Cycle ¡V According to the suggestion of PSI, the calibration cycle of
particle counter is at least once per year.
4.Environment ¡V The calibration environment is the Class-100 cleanbooth, and the
temperature and humidity of the laboratory are recorded periodically.
5. Materials ¡V The particles used during the calibration procedure are the standard
particles produced by DUKE Scientific Corporation, which can be traced to US
National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST); besides, Aceteam
Corporation is also the sole agency of DUKE Scientific Corporation in Taiwan and
Mainland China, so that the thorough service is available.
6. Instruments ¡V The calibration instruments are periodically calibrated by the
National Metrology Laboratory (NML) or the Center for Measurement Standards
(CMS) of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). The qualified
